Benefits of Using us as your dropship provider:
- We carry the inventory
- We supply boxes and packing material and ship
directly to your customer(s)
- Tracking information is provided the day your order
ship
- Dropship orders are picked up by FedEx Dropship
on Tuesdays and Fridays every week.
- Tracking numbers are also available through our
website.
- All packing slips display your return address.
- We have staff on had to answer any questions you may
have.
Shipping charges are charged per address to which you are
shipping (Continental US only)

All packages are shipped through FedEx/USPS. FedEx will
make the initial pickup transport the merchandise to the customer's local post
office; USPS will make the final delivery.

Dropship Pricing:
Most products are between $1.00-$2.00 higher than regular wholesale cost.
This extra cost is instituted to cover the costs of materials, handling, and
processing dropship order.
Continental US shipping only
Current FedEx Dropship requirements limit us to dropshipping within the
Continental US only.
Placing a dropship order:
- Select the item that you need shipped
- Click on the link "Add a Dropship Address" and add the ship to address.
- Make sure that the address is assigned to the item and then put the
item in your cart.
- Input as many addresses and items to you cart during the order.
- A single dropship order can have as many items and address that is
necessary to fill your orders.
- During the checkout process you will be asked to verify all items and
shipping address. Please ensure that all address are assigned tot he correct
item and all item quantities are correct.
- The Product and shipping addresses will appear on the screen and in the
order confirmation sent to you after placing the order.
- After the merchandise ships tracking numbers will be sent for each item
on the dropship order.
Policies
- Dropship orders MUST be placed through our website.
- Our sales reps cannot take dropship orders over the phone.
- If an address is inputted incorrectly please notify us immediately
so that the order can be cancelled out of our system; it is then your
responsibility to resubmit the order with the correct information.
- Only Merchandise found on
www.WeDropShipIt.com is available for dropship
Damaged Goods Policy
- Once an order leaves the warehouse the shipping carrier assumes
responsibility of the pagage(s). If your customer receives a package with
apparent damage they must note this with the shipping carrier at the time of
delivery. We are not responsible for any packages lost, late ord amaged
during transit to its delivery destination.
- For all damage items, OBI Droship requires, at the minimal, a picture
showing the damage to the item. In the event of damage we must be
notified within five (5) days upon receipt of the item. Once your customer
notifies you of damages please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy
to send replacement items to your customers after damage has been verified
via picture. If a picture cannot be sent the item must be returned to us
before a new item is sent for replacement. We file and any call claims
concerning damaged merchandise.
Defective Merchandise
- Any items ordered from WeDropShipIt that exhibit manufacturer defects
bust be reported within five (5) days of the delivery date of the item. The
item will be replaced or refunded upon return of the original item. We will
issue a call-tag for the item and send a replacement when the original is
received.
- Any items that are damaged due to customer miss-use, not understanding
how to properly work the item, or buyers' remorse are not returnable as this
does not constitute a defective product. Batteries that come with an item
are not covered against defects.
Non Defective Merchandise
- Non defective items can be returned provided you contact us within five
(5) business days of receiving the item(s) and:
- Customer pays all return shipping costs
- Item is in original condition with all original packaging intact*
- Item is in resalable condition with all original pieces/parts
intact*
There is a 20% restock fee on non defective items returned to us.
Original shipping charges are not refundable
*Returned items that do not meet the above criteria will be refused
and returned to the customer postage due.
Packages that are refused by the customer and returned to us will incur a
20% restock fee.
Packages that are returned due to incorrect address given to us by the
customer will incur a 20% restock fee.
Incorrect
Address / Refused Product
You will be responsible for any fees billed to us for address corrections.
If your customer refuses the product, you will be responsible for any
fees/charges incurred to return the product to us in addition to the
20% restock fee mentioned above.
Credit Card Charges
If a
credit card, debit card or check card is used to make a purchase on the
WeDropShipIt website, and the purchase was not accepted for any reason
(failed AVS or CCV verification), please be aware that most banks will hold
the "authorized" funds (counting against your balance until the
authorization clears) even if your order was rejected by our security
measures. The most common reason for the failed transaction is that the
billing address entered does not match the billing address for the
debit/check/credit card being used for payment. Our Address Verification
System (AVS) security measures will reject any transaction for a billing
address mismatch.
We does not have the capability nor is not obligated to release the banks
temporary hold on authorized funds. Since we do not have the capability to
release the banks temporary hold, we can not be responsible for the policies
of the customers banking institution regarding the holding of authorized
funds. Please note that authorization fund holds last for varying periods,
depending on the issuing credit card company’s policy. The period may be as
little as three days or as long as several months. We suggest that the
customer contact the issuing credit card company or bank in order to resolve
these types of situations.
The above policies are the only policies that we will abide by concerning
all orders placed on the WeDropShipIt website.
